Belzario™ and belzario.com are operated by Shanghai Jutongyue Network Technology Co., Ltd. In these Terms, “Belzario,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to that company, while “you” and “your” refer to the visitor, account holder, or customer.

By accessing the website, placing an order, or using any store feature, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the store. Any new features or tools added to the store will also be subject to these Terms.

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or place of residence, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to make a purchase. You represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.

Our products and services may not be used for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

You may be able to check out as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for activity carried out through your account. Please notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend or close an account when reasonably necessary to protect customers, prevent fraud, comply with law, or address a material violation of these Terms. This does not affect valid statutory rights.

We aim to describe each clock accurately, including its dimensions, materials, finish, power source, lighting features, and included components where applicable. Product details vary by model, so please review the product page before ordering.

• Colors and finishes may look different depending on screen settings and lighting conditions.
• Minor variations in texture, tone, measurements, or handcrafted details are not necessarily defects.
• Accessories, batteries, bulbs, adapters, or mounting hardware are included only when the product page says so.
• Room images may include styling objects that are not part of the purchase.

We may correct errors, update descriptions, or discontinue products. If a material error affects an order you already placed, we will contact you and offer an appropriate solution, which may include cancellation and a full refund.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean we have accepted the order. Acceptance occurs when we confirm fulfillment or dispatch, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including inventory errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment authorization failure, shipping restrictions, or inability to fulfill the order. If payment has already been collected for a canceled item, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless the store clearly displays another currency. Shipping charges, taxes, duties, or other fees will be shown at checkout when they are collected by us. You are responsible for charges imposed by your bank, card issuer, or local authority that are not collected at checkout.

Payment must be made through a method offered at checkout. By submitting payment details, you represent that you are authorized to use that method. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; see our Payment & Security page for more information.

We may correct a genuine pricing or calculation error. If the correction materially changes an existing order, we will request your approval or cancel the affected item and refund the amount paid.

Orders are generally processed within 2–4 business days; during busy periods, processing may take up to 5 business days. Estimated U.S. transit time is generally 10–15 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guarantees, unless we expressly state otherwise.

You are responsible for providing a complete and deliverable address. Title and risk of loss transfer as required by applicable law. If we learn that we cannot ship within the promised time, we will provide the notice, revised estimate, cancellation option, or refund required by applicable law.

Eligible items may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery, subject to the conditions and exclusions in our Return & Refund Policy. Contact us before sending any item so we can provide return instructions and the correct return address.

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we generally initiate an approved refund within 5–10 business days. Your financial institution may need additional time to post it. We do not charge a restocking fee for an approved return.

The company’s registered business address is not automatically the return address.

Inspect your order promptly after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, incomplete, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact service@belzario.com, preferably within 7 days, and include your order number plus clear photos or video where practical. This request helps us investigate and does not shorten any 30-day return window or non-waivable legal right.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we may offer replacement parts, a replacement item, repair, refund, or another suitable remedy at no improper cost to you.

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We will try to help, but cannot guarantee changes after processing or fulfillment begins. There is no cancellation fee when we successfully cancel an order before fulfillment.

Once an order has shipped, it generally cannot be canceled and must follow the return process. Refusing a package does not guarantee an automatic refund and may create carrier charges where permitted by law.

Promotions and discount codes are subject to their stated dates, eligibility rules, exclusions, and stock availability. Unless otherwise stated, they cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, applied retroactively, or transferred. One code may be used per order.

We may withdraw or correct a promotion affected by error, fraud, abuse, or unauthorized distribution, subject to applicable law. Refunds generally reflect the amount actually paid after discounts.

Use each product only as intended and follow the product-specific instructions and warnings. In particular:

• Use suitable wall anchors and mounting hardware for the wall type and product weight.
• Place table clocks on a stable, level surface where they cannot be easily knocked over.
• Use only the power source, batteries, adapters, or bulbs specified for the model.
• Keep cords, batteries, small parts, glass, and other breakable components away from children and pets.
• Do not use a damaged electrical component, cord, battery compartment, or illuminated clock.

Belzario products are decorative home goods and are not toys. You are responsible for safe installation, placement, routine care, and use consistent with the instructions. If you are unsure about wall mounting or electrical suitability, consult a qualified professional.

The store is primarily intended for personal and household purchases. We may limit quantities, decline orders that appear intended for unauthorized resale, or request additional verification when reasonably necessary. Contact us before placing a commercial or bulk order.

You may not present yourself as an authorized Belzario distributor, dealer, or representative without our written permission.

The Belzario name, logos, branding, website design, text, graphics, photographs, videos, and other store content are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Product names, designs, images, or marks belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable permission to access the store for lawful shopping and informational use. You may not reproduce, sell, scrape, publish, modify, or commercially exploit store content without prior written permission, except as allowed by law.

You may submit reviews, photographs, comments, or other content if you have the right to share it. You retain ownership of your content. When you submit content directly to our store or tag Belzario for possible brand use, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, adapt for formatting, and share that content for operating and promoting Belzario, subject to applicable law and platform settings.

Nothing in these Terms restricts or penalizes an honest review or opinion about our products, service, or conduct. We may moderate content that contains private information, infringes rights, is unlawful, harassing, obscene, unrelated, spam, or clearly false or misleading, where permitted by law.

Do not submit content that you do not have permission to use, and do not include another person’s private information.

You may not use the store to:

• violate law, regulations, sanctions, or the rights of another person;
• submit fraudulent orders, false information, malicious code, or unauthorized payment details;
• interfere with store security, performance, or another customer’s use;
• collect personal data without authorization or use automated tools in a way that burdens the store;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your relationship with Belzario; or
• circumvent purchase limits, access controls, or fraud-prevention measures.

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address prohibited conduct, while respecting applicable law.

Our store may rely on or link to third-party services such as Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics providers, and social platforms. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply when you use their services. A link does not necessarily mean that we endorse all third-party content.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for an independent third party’s acts, omissions, or content outside our reasonable control. This does not remove any responsibility we have for our own obligations or for vendors acting on our behalf where the law makes us responsible.

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, carrier disruption, labor action, government measures, conflict, epidemic, infrastructure failure, or widespread network outage.

We will take reasonable steps to reduce the impact and keep affected customers informed. This section does not limit any right to cancel, receive a refund, or obtain another remedy that applicable law requires.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Product warranties and remedies are those expressly stated by us or required by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Belzario and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising from use of the store or products when such loss was not reasonably foreseeable.

Where liability may lawfully be limited, our aggregate liability relating to a claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or order giving rise to that claim. These limitations do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where liability cannot be excluded, or any warranty, remedy, or consumer right that cannot legally be limited.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the transaction, without taking away any mandatory consumer protection available to you under the law of your place of residence. Nothing in these Terms requires you to waive access to a court, regulator, or remedy that applicable law makes available.

If a concern arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it promptly and fairly. If it cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue available remedies in a court or forum with lawful jurisdiction.

If a provision of these Terms is found unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or severed as necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A delay or failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.

These Terms and the policies incorporated by reference form the entire agreement regarding your use of the store and purchases, except for any product-specific or promotional terms clearly presented to you.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our store, services, or legal obligations. The revised version will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Changes apply prospectively from their stated effective date unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Material changes will be communicated in a reasonable manner when required. The Terms in effect when you place an order generally govern that order unless a change is required by law or you agree otherwise.
